Advantages

What are the advantages of attending webinars?

You will get ideas and information from professionals who are well versed in their fields. Webinar presenters are experienced and can deliver information in a professional manner.

You don't need to spend time and money travelling to and from a particular location. Each webinar lasts 60-90 minutes and you will be at home or at work. In no time at all, you will be back to your daily routine. This will also reduce your carbon footprint!

If you are not at home, you can log in from anywhere as long as you have an internet connection.
Webinars are interactive, so you can ask questions just as if you were attending a seminar in person.
There is no complicated technology involved. All you need is a computer with a high-speed internet connection and speakers or a headset. Just log in and start learning!
The whole process is simple. You register for the webinar online, and you can also pay online or by cheque if you wish (in the UK). Bank transfer is also an option. Before the date of the webinar, you will receive an email link that will allow you to join the session shortly before it starts.
Webinars are recorded, so you don't need to worry if you can't attend the webinar you've registered for at the last minute (although you won't be able to ask questions if you choose this option).
Seminars can be intimidating for some people. There is no such thing in webinars. Anonymity ensures a level playing field that is not disturbed by bias caused by seating arrangement, gender, race and age. Participants can also think longer about what they want to say and add their comments when they are ready. Much of the interaction is also done in online chat, so you don't even have to speak if you don't want to.
